References and employment/salary/credit verification are required within four (4) days following the acceptance of a rental offer;

It is strictly forbidden to smoke, use, or cultivate cannabis, tobacco, or any other substances inside the premises, common areas, or any part of the property;

The tenant must provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID;

The tenant must read and accept the building regulations;

Confirmation of the Hydro-Québec account transfer and proof of $2M civil liability insurance valid for the duration of the lease must be provided before receiving the key;

The property can only be used for residential purposes. Any subletting, short-term rental including Airbnb, or commercial activity is prohibited. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the immediate termination of the lease;

The property must be returned in the same state of cleanliness and repair as when the keys were handed over.
